Karlyn specializes in two types of charters - deep sea and Inshore. Each type of charter targets different species with some overlap. Full day charters are best for larger species of fish including Marlin, while half day inshore charters are best for smaller species. Custom charters can also be arranged. With the Karlyn’s captain and crew as your guides, you can expect to land whatever fish you go after. Up to 50 lb of the catch will be shared among the guests after each charter. The rest of the catch will remain with the boat.
Karlyn is a custom-built 40-foot Haole Sampan sport fisher designed for the waters of the North Shore, making her well suited for fishing in the waters of the Hawaiian Islands. She features a large cockpit and full walk-around deck. With a shaded flying bridge where you can chat with her captain, she is just right for sightseeing on the way out and back in. She has a spacious salon and sundeck. She has a powerful, reliable Detroit Diesel with dry exhaust, so guests don’t spend the whole day breathing exhaust fumes. Rates include all fishing gear and tackle.
