Along a crescent beach, framed by emerald water, the Rosewood Little Dix Bay Resort represents the true spirit of a Caribbean island holiday. Founded by Laurance Rockefeller in the late 1950's, the Little Dix Bay Resort has managed to commit to basic principles of privacy, luxury, and service throughout management changes and renovations.
The resort maintains space for large number of guests with several accommodation options. Unlike many hotels of similar size, guests are never without the privacy they desire, due to excellent space management and creative planning. Rooms on private beaches and suites ensconced in tropical flora, provide individuals with experiences more akin to private properties rather than that of a resort or hotel.
Throughout the resort, guests are greeted with ample luxury services. Three restaurants, a bar, extensive watersports, a state of the art spa, complimentary cameras, and even a service which provides advance copies of new books, yet to be released in stores. Despite all these services, the Little Dix Bay never lets its guests forget their surroundings. Each restaurant features beautiful views of the water, the food is seasonal and local, the activities highlight the local features, and each room is carefully appointed to blend into its surroundings.
Arguably one of the best vacation resorts in the Caribbean islands, the Little Dix Bay Resort is anything but past its prime as evidenced by its continual recognition and awards. It is a testament to traditional service and good taste which cannot be overlooked.
