Based out of Virgin Gorda, the Spirit of Anegada offers a variety of convenient day sailing charter vacation opportunities for those interested in cruising around the British Virgin Islands for one magical day, without committing to a week long sail boat holiday or charter. Day sail trips are a wonderful way to see the areas beyond your hotel or resort and experience the best of the islands. Trips ranging from private full day yacht excursions to sunset charters are available and reach a variety of destinations including Anegada, Cooper Island, The Dogs, Fallen Jerusalem, and Scrub Island.
The boat itself is a custom 50' Shearwater 39 Excursion Schooner. With the ability to hold up to twenty guests, the Spirit of Anegada limits space to ten so that guests can relax in lounge without being cramped. Trips are fully crewed in order to provide the most carefree experience and to take advantage of the knowledge and experience that the staff of the Spirit of Anegada possess.
Accommodations on board include a very large cockpit providing comfortable seating for guests during their sailing excursion. During full day sails guests can arrange to snorkel or swim around one of the beautiful stretches of isolated beach or abundant reefs. For those who wish to simply relax and enjoy the scenery perhaps a cool tropical drink to complete the island experience.
